Angry letter

Dear guy who had to look down on her,

let me tell you a thing or two.

My little sister is not a skinny girl. She never was, and never will be.



Her skin has always a few little blemishes, but that is because she is the veterinarien you and your wife trust, never afraid to hold her patients even when they try to bite her. Who will profesionally sooth you when it is time to say goodbye to your animal and not be afraid to take an animals life to end it's suffering, because she can not help it anymore. Even if her heart breaks a little, she will be strong for your family.

We are talking about a woman who took an oral exam at her university, hours after coming home to our dead mother - and passed. Who was never a withering flower, but always a little hurricane with breasts that stand without a bra that I always envied, a mouth like a sailor and a heart made of gold.

She will always weigh more than your average female, but believe me:  Those are muscles.
Because she does actual bodily work. And she wears them well. Her arms are not delicate, but that is because she is able to move a whole cow's entrail with one hand.

Her fingernails will never be manicured and sharp, and her patients are thankful for that, believe me. But she has curves and a brain that others would kill for.

She is not perfect, believe me, I know that.

But she is my little sister, whom I trust and love. Who dances like nobody's watching and never stayed down after falling.
